hor.works is run by Horworks Cloud Solutions Pvt Ltd, 90, 1st Floor, Dr Habib Marg, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur 302021, Rajasthan, India (“Horworks”, “we”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Accounts

• You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. One email address is one account.
• Job seeker accounts are for individuals looking for work. Company accounts are for people hiring on behalf of a real business.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the posting policy.

Companies

• Every company and every post is checked by Horworks before it is published. Approval is at our discretion.
• Posts must describe real roles or projects. Companies must never ask candidates for money.
• You may use candidates’ details only to consider them for the role they applied to.

Job seekers

• When you apply, the company sees your profile, the CV you choose and your note.
• Horworks does not guarantee that you will be contacted or hired.

Our role

hor.works connects job seekers and companies. Horworks is not the employer in any job posted by another company and is not a party to agreements between companies and candidates. The service is free at launch.

Liability

We work to keep hor.works accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.
