Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data hor.works collects, why, and your rights. hor.works is run by Horworks Cloud Solutions Pvt Ltd, 90, 1st Floor, Dr Habib Marg, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur 302021, Rajasthan, India.

What we collect

• Account: name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), sign-in times and devices.
• Job seekers: profile details you enter, your skills and certifications, your CVs, and your applications.
• Companies: company details and the posts you write, plus your name and work email.
• Records: a log of important actions, including every time a company opens a CV, kept for 2 years.

Why we use it

• To run your account and send account and security emails.
• To show your application to the company you applied to. Companies never see your profile or CV unless you apply to them.
• To check companies and posts and keep hor.works free of fake jobs.
• Horworks’s own recruiters contact you only if you tick the separate box on your profile.

Where it is kept

Your data is stored with Amazon Web Services in Mumbai, India. Files are encrypted at rest and opened only through links that expire after 5 minutes.

How long we keep it

• Applications are deleted 2 years after the post closes.
• If you delete your account, it is hidden at once and erased after 14 days.

Your rights

You can see and correct your details in your account, download a copy from Settings, and delete your account at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 or the UK and EU GDPR.
