Is hor.works free?
Yes, for job seekers and for companies.
Who can see my CV?
Only companies you apply to, and only the CV you choose for that application. See what they see.
What file types can I upload?
PDF or Word (.doc, .docx), up to 5 MB. You can keep 3 CVs. Every file is checked for viruses first.
Can I withdraw an application?
Yes, until the company makes an offer. Open the application and choose Withdraw.
What does “Not selected” mean?
The company has decided not to go ahead with your application for this post.
For companies
Why does my company need approval?
Horworks checks every company to keep fake jobs off hor.works. It usually takes 1 working day.
Why is my post in review?
Every new post is checked. Changing the title or description of a live post sends it back for a quick check too.
How long does a post stay open?
Until its closing date, up to 90 days. You can close it earlier or extend it from the editor.
Can I get one email a day instead of one per applicant?
Yes. Choose “One summary a day” in Settings.
